Civic Team Leadership

Younger divisions focus on basic footwork, hand-eye coordination, balance, and spatial awareness through fun, repetitive skill circuits.

Intermediate groups break down court spacing, defensive rotation principles, structured passing lanes, and communication under active game pressure.

Senior participants mentor younger squads during scrimmages, learning accountability, sideline encouragement, and community service on and off the court.

Older athletes undertake agility ladders, interval endurance training, and core strength routines designed to build physical resilience and injury prevention.
